Sophie takes it apart, explains what's actually happening, and helps you figure out what to do next. No jargon. No softening it. Just clarity when you need it most.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens and we get it. We just ask that you let us know as soon as you can as it helps us prepare and means the time is used well. Cancellations made more than 4 hours before your session are fully refunded. Cancellations within 4 hours incur a $100 fee. If we don't hear from you and you miss your session, your session fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you can do so directly through your booking confirmation or reach out to us and we'll find another time.
