We're best friends. We're both neurodivergent. And we both kept going until our bodies said no.


When it happened, we called each other. We'd both been on the receiving end of difficult workplace situations. We knew how it felt to need someone who actually understood, not just the professional version, but the real one.

Even then, it was hard to find the right path through.


Between us we've spent more than two decades inside organisations, one in recruitment, one in HR. We've been in the rooms where decisions get made. We've seen how these systems actually operate, not how they're supposed to, not how they're described in the handbook, but how they actually move.
 

Once you see it, you can't unsee it. So we built something with it.

Sophie is a HR specialist with deep experience in workplace conflict, psychosocial risk, and employment relations. Aimee knows how hiring decisions actually get made, what happens in the debrief, and what recruiters notice that they never tell candidates. She sheds light on the parts of the process nobody explains to you.She works with people figuring out what they want, finding it, and building toward it — on their own terms.
